Food processing - is the set of methods and techniques used to transform raw ingredients into food or to transform food into other forms for consumption by humans or animals either in the home or by the food processing industry.
Food packaging-provides safe guard against rough transport and possible tampering as well as ensure food product meet any physical, chemical or biological needs. It may bear a nutrition fact label and other information about food being offered for sale.
