About Department
The Department of Artificial Intelligence (Entire) at Yashwantrao Chavan institute of science, Satara was established in 2023 to offer academic programs and mold students with a holistic understanding of the theory and practice of Artificial Intelligence, as well as to create a complete ecosystem for both academic practice and research in Al. The aim of the department is to "Enable and facilitate students to become leaders in the Al industry and academia nationally and internationally; as well as to meet the pressing demands of the country in the various subareas and applications of Al? The B.S. Artificial Intelligence (Entire) course is a 3-year undergraduate course that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning. B.S. Artificial Intelligence (Entire)is a bachelor level course. With the increasing need for intelligent and accurate decision making, there is an exponential growth in the adoption of Al and ML technologies. The Department of Artificial Intelligence (Entire) aims to provide students with a solid foundation in the principles and techniques of Al and ML, as well as hands-on experience in applying these technologies to real-world problems. Throughout the program, students will learn about the various subfields of Al and ML, including computer vision, natural language processing, robotics, deep learning, and others. They will study algorithms and techniques for machine learning and gain practical experience through laboratory work and projects. Minimum Eligibility (who can apply): Students with a minimum of 10+2 years.
