About Department
Department of Electronics, established in 1986, is the biggest of its kind in the Karmveer Bhaurao Patil University, Satara imparting knowledge of Electronics at U.G. and P.G. level. The department is enriched with 16 faculties for teaching, research, and extension activities and sufficient supportive staff. Department runs Diploma, Skill, COC (UGC) Programs. Department also runs value added, Add-on, Capsule courses. Department has organized National Seminar on Sustainable Agriculture and Smart Technology (SAST-2023), "International Conference on Emerging Trends and Challenges in Electronics and Computing" (ETEC-2021Organized one week Faculty Development Workshop "ICT Tools for Effective Teaching Learning and administration" and also organized a Two Days National hands- on Workshop on "Embedded System Design"(WESD- 2020). Besides teaching learning programs, other activities like Remedial Coaching, Seminars, National Science Day (NSD), project work and lectures of eminent personalities are arranged continuously and successfully. Department also run Best Practices activities for students and Extension activity for women's of Bachat Gat. Department offers campus interview and placement services to students. Most of our alumni are holding responsible positions in dignified areas.

Extension Activities & Best Practices
The Department of Electronics organizes various Extension Activities. These activities are student-centred activities for overall development of the students, such as organization of Field Visit and Study Tours.
